Backup and storage

I can't connect to v stuff- all other apps are working ok - I need to restore a file - any ideas what's up?

Just done it directly from my pc app. I was tring to access files through My Virgin Media, which would not work.

i would suggest using a service liek crashplan virgin program is pretty crap and memory hunger and it aint truly unlimited....
