Annoying issue in East London
 

A while ago, my connection pretty much ground to a halt over the space of a few weeks. This then magically fixed itself and since then, my connection went back to its usual stable self.

However, it seems that not all is 100% as of yesterday!

Streaming (YouTube/iPlayer) is pretty much impossible, with videos stopping constantly, or giving up altogether.

I've run some constant pings (one to Google, one to YouTube) and it looks like they both fail in unison... but I have no reason why!

As you can see, the ping times are quite respectable, they just randomly and suddenly drop.

Is anyone else getting similar streaming issues, or knows what might be the culprit? (I'm assuming it's something at VM's end, as nothing has changed locally!)

Oh well, the connection seems to have gone back to normal!

Just hoping the previous symptoms aren't linked to someone in my area sucking up all the bandwidth!
