Factory reset VHD box

Is there anyway I can do a hard/factory reset on my Cisco VHD box?

No, you can't. What's the problem with it?

Just wanted to reset it back to its original state. Had the VM engineer here today who supposedly 'fixed' a problem however the picture is still breaking up on my VHD box but not my TiVo box. I have unplugged and restarted my VHD box as that's what the engineer did to my TiVo (he didn't touch my VHD) so i'll see if that does the trick. Thanks for your answer anyway :)

That's likely to be a signal problem rather than the box. You'll have to give them a call about it.

Please, not again! lol....already had them out 6 times and everytime they come out they 'can't find a problem' even though I have shown them evidence (filmed by my camcorder) of the problem. My picture freezes and sometimes blanks but only when it's blowing a gale outside, like it was yesterday. They have checked all the signal levels (but not signal quality, apparently they're going to be checking that over the next day or so) and they always come back fine. I suggested a repull but the engineer says that because of the levels they're getting from their tests a repull is not needed. I'm getting a bit sick now like

Ah, I now realise you've posted about this before. I guess they aren't checking the signal when its blowing a gale.

It's a very odd fault. A repull does sound like a good thing to try. Other than that, I wonder is there is a loose connection in the cabinet or the cabinet itself is rocking in the wind? Keep on at them and I'm sure it'll get resolved eventually.

Can you hang out the window and wiggle the cable to see if it does it then?
