Slow Internet
 

Over the past few days my internet connection has become so slow that its become unusable. I've tried to get help from the VM Community forums but havent had a reply to my problem and it's been 4 days. iPlayer keeps buffering streaming video on the xbox 360 e.g 4oD and 5 on Demand barely works. I've posted stats below. I seem to be getting at least 5 T3 timeouts a day.

Speedtest.net gives my internet connection a clean bill of health most the time.
