On demand freezes after 6 seconds area 31

Hi, anyone else having the same problem, on demand freezes after about 6 secs in area 31 (Warwickshire) happening in both the TiVo and Samsung hd box

yep, this is happening with me, very annoying, started doing this 2 days ago. also from warwickshire
