Hi Guys,
Need some advise on my package, i'm currently on the old VIP20 with 1 v+ box and 1 standard extra box and currently pay an average of £110 to £115 per month (inc in this is the extra £5 for paying online too).
now i would like to change my package to get
1 x tivo 500gb and 2 x V hd boxes (perhaps keep the V+ box) want 30mb BB and M phone + extra £7 for all HD channels
i see a new customer is currently getting free activation and free installation can someone advise me of the price i would pay per month and also whether i can get the free activation and installation

The website is a little confusing (or it's me getting old these days!!)

Are you out of contact? If you are and are a good haggler it maybe worth giving them a call (and select the want to leave us option) as i am sure you will get a better rate. You can also talk with one of the VM advisors on the website (through a pop up chat box) they should be able to answer all your questions about price and anymore you may have, if you don't want to phone.

yeah i'm going to ring them again tomorrow for the 4th time as none of them ever offer the same offer to you whenever you ring them back :dozey:
and yes i am out of contract, i'm not trying to get a special price i just want free install and free activation like new customers get and not be treated like a lepper because i've been with virgin/ntl for 16 years

Your cheaper to go vip50 with a TiVo vhd and v+ as you dont need to pay the £7 hd or £3 TiVo fee on that package. Should be £102 if they give you 1 free additional outlet

yeah but that is only with 1 additional box as i said before i want 2 :confused: but i take it i just add £6.50 to that price which is fine

Yes, but sometimes when you take TiVo you can get 1 outlet free
