Error Codes
 

Hi all,

I heave searched through a few posts on here and not found anything close.

My virginmedia box keeps getting stuck on NIT then after a few seconds it runs through all possible Hex values then comes up and says DEC ,

To give some history I had to cancel my TV a while back but 3 weeks later the reason why I had to cancel it had gone and I restored the service. As I still had the box the CS agent said they would just reinstate the service and I think this is connected some how.. Any idea?

Check connections, especially the cable input, reboot box and if problem continues you'll need to call faults. What type of box is it? PACE?

Have you had it physically disconnected in the house also?
