HD channels dropping off with no service message

Hi, does anybody know why the HD channels just lose their signal so to speak. For example I am watching Sky Sports 1 HD and after about 10 minutes I get a message saying the channel is not available. Happens on other HD channels as well, if you wait long enough it comes back of it's own accord. This has been happening intermittently for the past week or so. I have been rebooting the box to fix it, but it seems like it comes back every couple of days.

Dont know why its happening but just to reassure you that your not on your own. We had that happen on FX hd about 30 minutes ago. My other half said its always happening when I`m at work.
