V+ Remote Problem

Hello all,
Today my remote has developed a problem. The only buttons which seem to now work are the plus volume button and the up channel button. At first I thought it was the batteries but after a change the problem still remains. Any ideas?

Post on the official forums (from your VM broadband connection) and request a new one

Dropped mine on the floor and bought a new one on Ebay :-)

Why would you do that when you could get one for free from Virginmedia.:confused:

You just tell them its not working and not that you have damaged it and days later a brand new remote arrives free of charge.
