VIP100 Early Termination Charges?
 

The board has suggested that I take a few moments to ask a question so I thought I would :)

I'm thinking about upgrading to the VIP100 package, which I understand will start a new 12 month contract for me at £111.46 per month. There is a chance that I will have to move overseas in like 10-11 months so I am keen to know how much I would have to pay to terminate the contract one or two months early.

Customer service were very helpful in explaining everything else about the new contract but couldn't tell me in advance what the cost of early termination might be -- only that it was capped at £180. Does anyone (maybe a VM staffer?) have access to the formula that is used to calculate the charge? It sounds like it is (£X for phone + £Y for broadband + £Z for TV) x (months left) but CS didn't seem to know what the X, Y or Z might be.

Also I am assuming that the £180 doesn't include the current month-in-advance, so if I rang up 30 days before leaving I would pay the £111 for the next 30 days plus the up-to-£180?

Thanks to anyone who might be able to help. I do have a hankering for that 100MB goodness but am worried about the sting in the tail.
