Ordered 'VIP' with an extra TiVo box, order showing as having TWO VHD boxes Free?
 

Hi all,

I recently ordered the Virgin 'VIP' bundle. As standard you get 1 Tivo and 1VHD box, however we ordered an extra Tivo box for another room.

We've just had the paperwork through and noticed that it says:

- 01 VIP Tivo Box
- 01 VIP Tivo Box
- 0002 VHD Boxes

Am I correct in thinking this means that for every Tivo box you get a free VHD box, meaning we'll get 2 VHD boxes. Or could this just be an error?

I think it's just a code for the boxes, could be wrong. If so I'll be getting a VHD box too on Saturday :)

Its just a billing glitch
