Christmas Extra Channels?

Hello, my query is what is the form for getting some extra channels on my mum's old style non hd cable box for the Christmas period? She has the plain channel line up no espn sky sports movies etc and i was wondering how and how much to treat us to some other shows whilst we are together?

I know it is on the web but i would value the advice of forum peeps.

Many thanks!

I believe that you can just go to the VM site on the web and make the changes you want. You can change them back again at a later date if you only want the extra channels for a limited period of time.

Alternatively, just contact Customer Services and they will do it for you. They will only speak to the person paying the bill, but she can authorise Customer Services to speak to you over the phone if she is worried about the process.

Channel package changes only need to be kept for 30 days, so either change within My Virgin Media or call Customer Care on 150 (0845 454 1111)
