Broadband out in HP2
 

Lost all broadband at 4pm yesterday, also V+’s not locking on downstream. Neighbour on a separate drop had the same issue. An area fault was confirmed at 6pm last night, and a tech had the cab next to our house open several times. Today 8am and still neither of us have a service, despite the phone service status line now saying there are no area faults. Can anyone tell me if the ticket is still open on this, as the problem was still evident when I left for work.

Network problem was fixed at 10am.
