video window issue

Since i had 15.2 update when i get up in morning and press ethier home or my shows it goes to a blank screen for about 5-6 secs and then goes to the menu and i see my shows but the video window is completely blank no matter what channel it is on. To fix this i have to restart the box. What is causing this and how can i fix it?

Re: video window issue

Try toggling it on/off using the Slow button. Works for me on the very rare occasions the PiP window has a problem.

Funny you should say that.Im also in Nottingham and getting the same.I think the box has been rebooting in the night hence the long blank screen and having to re-enab le to video window with the slow button.
