High Power Levels
 
I have noticed is a change in downstream power levels recently and think they may be a bit on the high side, can anyone confirm?

I have posted in the official Virgin support forum but i believe it is taking approx 7 days to get a response.

You need to call in and get a technician booked do it now and you should get a UK agent.
