Cancel Virgin V Disappointing! Virgin Gets it Sorted!
 

After my first post, had to put this on, it's ok having a good old moan but when the problem is rectified so efficiently I think it deserves a thank you! This site has been a massive help to me, found email address on here for Virgin Media's CEO so sent email and was contacted the same day. The advisor sorted everything out for me there and then, couldn't be more helpful. V happy. If you're having major problems and getting frustrated beyond words, send that email and you'll be amazed how easily you get sorted. Cheers for all help provided here.
