PAC !

Hi Guys, If ever I need a "PAC Code" off vm can I just call 150 ? or could I email them ?

You can request a PAC by calling 789 from your mobile.

150 does not work on Virgin Mobile and Virgin Media customer services will not be able to assist.

I believe they charge a 10p flat rate for the call. A bit of a cheek if you ask me to be honest. That needs looked at and changed.

It is free to call 789 unless you choose to speak to a representative, if you do the call indeed is charged at 10p, no matter how long you talk for.

If you prefer, you can call 0845 6000789 from a landline
