hi all what i would like to know why is there such a long waiting time of 10 days from an order till virgin media comes round?

I have Virgin phone and BB and just ordered 2 v+hd boxes but would like to know would an engineer do a job sooner i called virgin and they moved it a day closer but my kids are going mad for there cartoon channel im wilingl to pay i live in the 03, se19 area

The installers are very busy at the moment, mainly installing TiVos. In fact 10 days is pretty good compared with the install times in some regions.
