Thinking about getting cable in a second room

I was just wondering if there is an extra expense if we go with a new TiVo box and then move our current V+HD box to another room in the house. As far as I can tell we would need to pay Â£3 a month for the TiVo box and a Â£50 installation fee. Is there a fee for having more than one box at all?
