Number one son's nutty connection...
 

Son's connection went offline yesterday morning and came back at dinnertime but when he looked it's only one channel at a stupid power level. I told him to reboot modem but no idea if he did.

He emailed me the d/s this morning and reckons it is actually working!!

He's reluctant to call it in (I guess he must have called support before)

Yes that isn't the actual power level.

Rebooting the modem would be wise, preferably leaving it powered off for 30 seconds.

What I can't figure is that he says he's getting 50Mbps on a speedtest with only the one channel. Could the superhub be reporting pure fiction?

You can just about get 50Mbps down one channel.
