Settings up and activating info required
 

Hi,

Just got my Superhub and have a question, it tells me to phone a 0800 number, do I need the MAC address of the Superhub and do I need the MAC address of the old modem?

The new Superhub. That's what you're activating innit :)

they have all the information already, you don't need to state your old MAC or the new one. just follow the instructions and call the number

Hmmm, when I first got and activated my superhub, the person on't other end asked me to read the MAC address of it off to them. Probably to confirm I had it or something. That was when 30mbit first came out though. A while ago now.

Thank God things have changed since the days of calling up activating any old modem!
