any advice or help please

ive been with virgin for a long time now and in all this ive never had so many problems as i do now!

i am a pc gamer and play on line a hell of a lot so i like the cable side of what virgin offers but for the past 2-3 months now i have been having problems all over the place pings hitting 150 at times,20% packet losses, down speed losses
and getting alot of critical messages from my event log as shown.

last night was the worst ive seen it almost unplayable on line,i have phoned various times about these problems but im being told all is fine when it is not and getting a bit fed up now plus freezes on my v+ box etc etc...

I think the experts here will find your power levels to be moe useful than your log. Find your power levels under the Connection "tab".

Also I'd siggest copy/paste, and not a screenshot.

power levels are fine so i feel no need to post them,it goes past that and the problem being somewhere else than my connection directly?
