Cabinet on side of building

Hello can someone from Virgin tell me how long it takes someone to respond to an open Cabinet on side of building as when i left for work tonight i noticed that it was open & cables are hanging out & i am worried someone might get a ladder & do some damage & then i will have no services, there is also a birds nest in there. don't want to lose my services this weekend as the football is on.

Standard rate according to this.

As an alternative to chargeable 08 numbers like 0870, 03 numbers were introduced by Ofcom as a non-geographic alternative. Calls to 0330 numbers cost the same as calls to standard geographic numbers (i.e. those beginning 01 or 02).

Not so sure if fixed probably more likely visited by an inspector to ascertain what exactly is required, but the 48 hour turnaround is what I like.

Well it only needs to be closed & cables pushed back in so no one can do any damage.
