Re: Virgin Mobile & the Blackberry Blackout!
Have a feeling O2 will be claiming any compensation they pay to their customers back from RIM

Re: Virgin Mobile & the Blackberry Blackout!
Nothing to do with virgin mobile

Re: Virgin Mobile & the Blackberry Blackout!
Compensation? For a couple of days without email or BBM? Seriously?
|
Re: Virgin Mobile & the Blackberry Blackout!
It is a BlackBerry issue and on their network not Virgin Mobile's so any compensation will be via RIM as you will not be credited by Virgin Mobile as all services supplied by them are working normally.

Anyone who has a Blackberry with a tariff that's no extra over the same tariff with a different handset may be in a different position However I would think that there is probably some horse trading going on to repair the brand damage as well as the actual loss of service ---------- Post added at 20:36 ---------- Previous post was at 20:35 ---------- Quote:

£10 / 30 days = 33pence. 33 pence x 3 days = 99 pence. People are really going to waste their time asking for 99 pence compensation? |
