recent outage?

How do I find out about recent BB outages?
my bb (area 21) was down between 4 and 6 pm yesterday but all the service status can tell me is that it's ok now.

i don't know if you can dude, once a ticket has been closed it will only be available to tech support for reference, there is no point making it available to the public and just confusing everyone.

Thanks Gen but I seem to remember seeing a page somewhere showing a list of recent outages; not absolutely sure though.
