trying to speak to someone
 

i am trying to speak to someone at virgin about my mobile i have tried the 0-845 number several times and can not speake to anyone due to the fact the line keeps breaking up i am on the phone again as i write they have been telling me for the past ten mins my waiting time is 2 mins wish they would bill you in there time frame

P.S. also have been trying to email complaint no chance cant get through there either
