BT Open Reach In Peterborough

I never venture into other areas of this board that aren't Virgin Media related, but wherever I go in Peterborough atm it seems like there is a BT crew there with vans and in pits. Does anyone know why they're doing so much work?

Could be to do with the Infinity rollout... or maybe theres just lots of faults/installs?
