Not surprising, BE want to maintain unlimited service but cant do that with Infinity infrastructure currently, unless they charge through the nose!

They don't really have the customer numbers to make FTTC over GEA viable I suspect which only leaves the 'Infinity' infrastructure you refer to - the BT Wholesale solution.

TalkTalk upselling to potentially 4.1 million customers compared with the 653,000 and dropping that O2/Be have makes the maths quite different for GEA solutions.
