V+ BOX - 3D??????

After e-mailing virgin media staff and gettin a [Mod Edit] answer from them ive had to come here, we have a 3d tv and been told by virgin staff on many occasions there would be a upgrade for these boxes we are still waiting

when we go on demand and click any 3D Program, all we get is it flickering on and off, virgin media is a joke and if we dont get this sorted asap or get told what the hell is going on we shall be going somewhere else

we have been lied to by virgin media staff
had 4 (FOUR) different boxes (losing all recorded programs each time)

VIRGIN MEDIA SORT UR 3D AND UR [Mod Edit] OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

V+ should be capable already of playing 3D , usually if you select a program and play it you will get the same picture side by side if you press the 3D button on your TV and select side by side you should then get a 3D image.

Do not use words which invoke the swear filter - this is against site t&c's

The fact your saying you've been lied to and you've been through 4 boxes and your only now threatening to leave essentially proves your fabricating the story.

V+ boxes have been 3D enabled since there was 3D content, so there is no 'update'. Also if you have a stream of problems with a service provider why would the first course of action to rant on a forum that has no affliction with Virgin Media themselves instead of simply contacting them? Its not as if they've severed all lines of communication with them when there are more ways than previous that you can do so.

What TV have you got, I might be able to shed some light on your situation. Also how is connected direct or through an AV amp.
