Internet Extremely Slow, Packet Loss and High Latency....(Manchester)
 

Hi,

Noticed my internet was really slow yesterday afternoon and I though it might just be a one off on a heavy afternoon.

However the problem has persisted.

Websites are extremely slow to load, if they load at all.

Packet Loss and Latency is extremely high on the PC and also on console gaming.


Can anyone help please :(

Whilst waiting for a reply from the 'experts' it might be an idea to post your modern stats which will give them something to go on.

Have you contacted VM ?
