New V+ TV Box

We had a new V+ TV box installed last week. Are they installed with default PINs or do we have to contact Virgin (or read some instructions - but I don't think any were left) to discover what the PIN is?

Setting your PIN - page 19.

Default pin is either 0000 or 1234.

I have tried both 0000 or 1234 and a dialogue box advised that my pin will be unlocked in 15 minutes. I haven't seen page 19 in a while as the old V+ box was installed a while back. Surely the manual is downloadable

Yes - from the link posted above

The default PIN should now be 1234 for everyone. You can reset it via the automated service on the phone (or speak to someone if you prefer)
