Upgrading 10 > 30mb
 

thinking about upgrading my BB package from 10 > 30.

Looking at old bills i get nearly £20 discount for a loyalty pack (BB / Phone)

IF i upgraded to the 30mb connection...would i loose the loyalty pack?

if your on about the bundle discount, no you wont. the prices will increase but so will your bundle discount. if you have additional discounts then yes, you'll loose them.

post your bill in full, all charges discounts etc. and VM staff on here will be able to advise you.

Ok...this is from an old bill. The new bill (at the bottom of the page) just shows you the final price...not prices of individual packages:

Impossible to say, some loyalty discounts stay but some don't. Best to call 150 and get a quote

There are different billing codes depending on the time, region and other account factors, so as jb says its impossible to guess ..

Give them a call, a new discount can always be agreed so you dont lose out ..

yeah, how is probably the right time of year to get a good deal because you have goot talk talk being advertised to death on the x factor for BB and Sky are going to be doing a massive drive on tv for xmas
