No Information Available
 

Keep getting "No information available" on mini guide and TV guide for vast majority of channels on SA V+HD. Happens almost every day. On the odd day it works fine, but mostly it doesn't. A reboot usually fixes it, but shouldn't need to keep rebooting. Is anyone aware if this is a current known problem or is there something wrong with the box/setup?

Sounds like the box is having problems. I'd recommend contacting Virgin.
