Any vm employee able to help
Hi i am sat @ my dads just fitted his vhd box sat on phone to activation for past 1hr+ noone answering help plz is there ne other way around this

finaly sorted afer been on the phone for just under 2hrs to get a answer not very happy.
after all the praise i have given vm getting my dad to take all services and up grade to hd. upgrade my self to tivo and get someone else to upgrade to tivo. the customer services side let them down |
