TV sticks on 0
 

Tried all ways to get Tv on this morning. V + goes through the numbers as normal but then sets itself to 0

Any suggestions please?

I would ring in and get it checked out.

Thanks, just did that. They sorted it from their end in a few seconds. For some reason it was set at ATV and stuck on the channel 0 where you pay for special events.

Was a matter of lass doing something at her end and on TV remote we had to take it to Hdmi1

Easy when you are told how eh :o:

Service was very good this morning. Got through right away and was sorted real quick too.
