Outage in Glasgow (Kirkintilloch)

Hi folks,

BB has been down since last last night. I called CS this morning and was informed there is planned maintenance in the area and it may take 48 hours to resolve \ complete.

On checking the service status page, there are no reported problems.

Is anyone else in the area having issues or have CS just fobbed me off?

Cheers...
