48hr callback promise
We applied online last Friday for an upgrade to the 50mbps service, its now Tuesday and no call, we did get an instant email but pfft.
Has anybody else had a lack of response problem, I have had the 10mbps for a few years and never needed to contact them. PS, I dont need to reboot anything, the message did go through and all my computers are fine ;) |

Phone them. Virgin Media's internet systems aren't 100% perfect.

I think I will Rob, we want a mobile phone on contract anyway.
Its just a shame they didnt call us as promised. |

you are going to be even more pee'd when you ring them up for a mobile. Virgin mobile are a separate division apparently and they can't pull all your info up like they would for BB and TV. You have to muck about giving them your name, address and direct debit info all over again. Pain in the bum if you ask me.
