Save Until Question

Got about 30% of the hard drive used, but some programmes are showing 'will be deleted within 3 days' - so I have to manually set them to stay until I delete them. Why would they be marked for deletion so soon with so much disk space?

Everything is set to record with the defaults - ie 'save until disk space needed'.

It is confusing....

They get tags a deletable by TiVo if you run out of space. If you never run out of space they will never be deleted.

At the moment l just press do not delete until l do it and when l watch it l just delete it and then delete it again from the deleted folder.

No need to delete it from your Deleted Items folder. These programmes aren't counted when Tivo works out how much HD space is used.
