Hello just to say how quick vm are wow,i'm on the vip 50 with normal v+ and v box phoned this afternoon to see if I can upgrade to the tivo box yep no problem install date this Thursday:shocked::shocked::shocked::shocked::shock ed::shocked::shocked::shocked: wow I was expecting 1-2 weeks not 1-2 days.
So lloking forward to the new gadget is there any help tips to a newbie only had cable tv for two months and impressed with the price.Been a vm for years well going back to the telewest days on phone and broadband,now with tv the package is great.

I like many though would like to see a few more channels like atlantic.

When it is installed you have have a tivo booklet which should help you quite a bit but here are a couple of links below for you and good luck as its a great box.

Had mine done today (after a three week wait!) and was done by a service engineer... so are they short of work, or are installers over-loaded with installs?

I've got an engineer due to come out 2morrow morning aswell, although I haven't had any written confirmation of this. Is this normal?

For me it was speed and functionality. TiVo and V+ are light years apart.
