audio description on recordings from 26/07/11

Strange thing happened today,a recording of Neighbours on 5HD had Audio description on it (very annoying if you dont need it),anyway when I checked in settings the audio description option was turned off(as required),does anyone know why this should of happened,I checked the same recording on the Sky HD box and no audio description was on it,this narrows the cause down to the V+ box.Anyone shed any light on this please.:confused:

This was a broadcast fault. It should be fixed now.
