2nd major crash Brighton Area
 

woke up this morning - broaddband & TV crashed out completely ( had happened briefly 2 days ago )

rang call center - they said area fault -

eventually at about 11.00am TV & Broadband came on again at same time

now this evening at about 10.30pm exactly the same has happened again - ie TV & Broadband crashed out

- rang call center - tooks ages - same checks they did early this morning

same assureances it would be fixed within 24 hours ( ? time to up 24 hours - why so long ??? )

this is hopless - why is Virgin equipment failing all the time - 2nd time in 1 day :-((

ps : sending this message via my emergency dial-up account as of course I have no Broadband !

well its just crashed again - TV & Broadband

area fault again

rang cutomer support ( not faults ) went round & round the houses

given up
