Can I upgrade without tivo
 

Just wondering with all the pros and cons with the tivo system if I can upgarde to the vip 50 pack without having the tivo.In other words can my current system that I have the v+ hd and normal hd box in spare room just be upgraded.

I have tried to expalin to the upgrade department about wanting to do this,but the person in India did not understand 20 minutes later and tried to sign me up for the tivo at £99 :confused:when i then replied no I thought you can upgrade to the £49.95 one,ah she replied that's not in the vip pack:confused:yes it is it's on your website,which she then said you best sign up on the online site then have a nice day thanks for calling:mad::mad::mad:

Wait till Monday and phone the dedicated TiVo team on 0845 234 1144, the UK call centres are open 8am to 8pm, they'll be able to sort a package out for your needs.

Call retentions and state your not leaving but are having trouble with the regular customer service staff.

Thanks I managed to get through to customer service a young scottish lady,very helpfull.
Managed to get tivo install 1st week in august due to the demand.Will I be able to have my v+ hd box moved upstairs and the other box which is upstairs moved into another room or is that another install date?

I've saw posts on here where VM agree to move your old V+ HD box into another room on the same day as TiVo got installed so i don't see why not.

It's about time that Virgin Media took the same stance as Santander and move all their call centres off-shore to in-shore, then perhaps we all may be understood.

Santander did this due to customers complaining.
