New CISCO Box - Problems with Remote
 

Hi all - I've just had an upgrade to a new Cisco HD box yesterday but I was told to retain the original remote unit. I find now that my original remote control has lost some functions - namely the "On Demand" & "Back" buttons don't work any more. I can get round it by selecting "Guide" and going through that menu but it's a very long winded way. Any suggestions before I phone for techie help? I've tried rebooting the box but no change.Thanks in advance. Jock

I had the same when I first got a V-HD box, some of the older remotes are not 100% compatible. Give them a call and ask them to send you out another remote.
