Upgraded to TiVo - Is contract only for TiVo or whole package?
I already have VIP 50, so I just want to know if by upgrading to TiVo I have only signed a new contract for the hire of the box and not the rest of the package? I just got a letter from Virgin suggesting this is the case along with 28 days to cancel?

A service would be adding TV, Broadband or Phone as a brand new addition. TiVo is an upgrade if you already have TV. Such as taking out wireless, getting more channels etc is an upgrade. |
