Spoke to customer service yesterday and was talking about upgrading to 50MB BB and TiVo, the guy said he would leave the notes on my account and send an email on what we discussed so i can(if i want) complete the deal online. i have however not received the email. if i send an email to customer service will they know what i am on about?

You'd be best speaking to CS in the morning, also did you get the CS Guy's name as you can quote who you spoke to.

If you phone between 8am and 8pm you get connected to India, phone in the morning after 8am and you'll be connected to the UK.

As he corrected him self, The best time to call is after 8am.

Just sign up for the god damn Tivo vip package. You have 30 days to cancel.

Its not like your buying a frigging house, as you state you're already a Vip customer adding a Tivo(excluding activation) may cost perhaps an extra £20 a month? A fiver a week?

No but then I think sky is excellent, But I can see the appeal of Tivo and how its a really good addition to VM.

Infact even as a "sky lover" I feel annoyed that Sky are so petty as to stop sky channels appearing on Tivos epg. But then I also think VM should let Sky have access to the broadband network.
