Blackberry Offer from VM as I'm an XL Telephone customer?

I got this offer in the post the other day.
I'm on triple XL and the flier said as I'm on XL phone I'm eligable for an £8 "discount" off a VMobile Blackberry 8520 - pay £7odd instead of £15 per month.

Anyone else had this offer? Any good you think?

I'm asking as I'm currently with Virgin mobile already with the £5/month unlimited texts 100 minutes offer.
Could I come out of the £5/m offer and get a crackberry (albeit the base model) for an extra couple of quid a month?

Sounds like VM's trying to offload some blackberrys ;)

thanks.

I got one of these the other day for my daughter, it seems like a good deal.

It was a blackberry curve 8520 (could choose from Black or Lavender) with 100 mins, 500 texts and 1GB of data per month for £7.32 a month.

The only real downside is that it's a 24 month contract!

Yeah...seems good?
reread the small print...nothing about new virgin mobile customers only or anything....?

I go direct debit save myself a fiver and put 3 quid of it towards my new phone.
Seems a no brainer...but you know VM...? :)
