Pay £45 for 50 MB Broadband but they want £55 for 100BB
Hello,
I have been with V media for 4 years. I upgraded to 50MB Broadband in March so i am locked in another 12 month contract. Its fixed at £45 a month. I called up today to see how much if would cost me to upgrade to 100 MB BB. They said it would cost me another £10 on my contract. On their Website it says the 100mb Broadband is £35 for new customers Is there anything I can do ? I can't call retentions as Im still in contract I already have a phone line + 3 box sets with V media. |

Call retentions, tell them that you're thinking of leaving because, with this attitude to pricing, you feel overcharged compared to other customers. If they mention that you are in a contract just remind them that they have announced their phone line fees will go up soon so you do have the option of dissolving the contract cost-free. You will then get 100meg for the £35 price.
