Youtube Downloader HD
 

I downloaded Snowfox Youtube downloader HD from Giveawayoftheday earlier and installed and followed the instructions on how to activate.

Now when i try and use it, i copy and link and goto put into the software the software instantly crashes out.

I have tried a reinstall anyone know?

I use VDownloader which does HD.

I either use the VideoDownloadHelper add-on in firefox or www.keepvid.com if I'm using another browser (which I usually am). Both work great.

I always use this, it works from a java app.

It gives you a choice of download options and actually gives you a download link to the file straight from the youtube servers so you get it the exact quality as it was uploaded there, where as some other sites re-compress the files :)

e.g.
