Very Poor Speed Luton
 

usually i get very good speed from my wireless virgin connection (newsgroups usually touching the 50meg)

but the last few days the internet has been very hard to use
speedtest.net giving speeds below 1 Mb/s

been through the usual steps
restart modem
restart router
change wireless channel
try wired connection
try laptop instead of PC
checked the server status on virgins site - all is apparantly good
