Nothing working properly ?
major issues here? anyone else RM11 or Near ? Seven Kings
Websites failing to load... Cant stream TVcatchup for more than 10 minutes without it buffering for ever. Cant stream Youtube.. for more than 30 seconds.. Yet i can download at 3.6Mb a second all day long... cant connect to the virgin media official service status pages lol... thats how good it is. |

gonna format the PC first as a laptop is not having any issues connecting.. and this PC is due for a spring cleaning..

Just had a "suprise" 90 min outage... And its back now seems to be working.. (at its usual substandard levels)

5th outage today and its T3 timeout city and an Engineer is booked for Tuesday.... FINALLY.... They send one out... Hope hes a good one.

Another wtf morning so far.... T3 and T4 timeouts... no one knows if there is anyone playing with the connection in CS... Infact all they know is that theres a lot of T3 and t4 timeouts... i know that i can read that too.

Hmm strange; it must be over utilization on your UBR; have you phoned virgin over this?

Yep i have and also posted umpteen times on their official website, its not very good tho slow answers. a guy in 1 postcode on from me says he has been on at them since February about a similar issue, mine really only manifested itself from June and 27 days in i havent had an internet connection that "works" peak times.
we dont have 100mbit planned here yet, but that will probably be when they get round to sorting it out again (for another few months and the whole game starts again... Its suburban London... there are 10 of 1000s of customers served in this area alone... I appreciate its a big job to upgrade but its shocking that they dont plan better for the obvious. |
